I was sitting in my car at the church. And noticed a young girl with a qhite and black young horse. I observed her beatin the horse with a red rope and hitting and smacking the horse. Im sorry but that is animal cruelty if that is how she treats that beautiful animal then she doea not deaerve to walk it or ride it. I felt ao bad for this horse. I may still even call the humane society and report this.
